Alex A. Omrani, Esq.
Alex A. Omrani determined early in his legal career that his calling was to represent individuals who have suffered traumatic injuries as a result of accidents or malpractice. Michael A. Taub, Esq.
As founding partner of Omrani & Taub, P.C., Michael Taub has been practicing law for over 18 years as a personal injury litigator. He is recognized and respected throughout the legal community as a passionate and capable legal advocate. He is presently serving as the President of the Brooklyn-Manhattan Trial Lawyers Association. Mr. Taub brings to the practice of law a wealth of experience beyond the courtroom. He spent several years in the airline industry before attending law school and beginning his practice of law. He also holds an Army Reserve Officer Commission. These experiences afforded him the opportunity to travel extensively throughout the United States and internationally, where he developed a keen sense of personal commitment toward helping others.
San Razzano, Esq.
San Razzano is a graduate of Hofstra University School of Law, after receiving his bachelor degree from Hofstra University in Finance. Mr. Razzano has practiced primarily in the area of personal injury and has been prosecuting personal injury matters on behalf of injured plaintiffs since his admission to the New York Bar. Prior to joining the Law Office of Omrani & Taub in 2006, he gained valuable experience in the area of premise liability, motor vehicle accidents, motorcycle accidents and lead-paint poisoning of infant plaintiffs. He now focuses on a large percentage of the firm’s Labor Law cases representing injured workers on complex commercial and residential construction accidents. In fact, Mr. Razzano is one of a few New York Attorneys who is currently OSHA certified in Construction Safety. Since joining the firm of Omrani and Taub, P.C. he has secured over $30,000,000 for injured plaintiffs.
Isaac A. Arasteh, Esq.
Isaac A. Arasteh attended University of Detroit Mercy School of Law, where he graduated with a J.D. in 2010. During law school, Mr. Arasteh worked at the 36th District Court in Michigan representing the rights of defendants in various criminal cases which contained criminal allegations involving drugs, domestic violence, and DWI.
James L. Forde, Esq.
With 36 years of trial experience, James L. Forde has handled virtually every type of plaintiff’s personal injury case imaginable. Mr. Forde has successfully represented victims of medical malpractice & birth injuries, motor vehicle accidents, products liability, construction accidents, false arrest, slip & fall, premises liability, assault, and all types of municipal liability.
Roya Namvar, Esq.
Roya Namvar joins The Law Offices of Omrani & Taub, PC with extensive litigation and appellate experience in both civil and criminal matters.
Ms. Namvar started her career as an Assistant District Attorney with the Queens County District Attorney’s Office, where she conducted trials and hearings as well as handled appeals. She subsequently continued her work as a prosecutor with the Kings County District Attorney’s Office, where she tried to verdict several felony trials.
Moin Choudhury, Esq.
Moin Choudhury, probably the first Bangladeshi-American attorney to be admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court, the United States Court of International Trade and the Michigan Supreme Court. December 19, 2010 the City of New York honored attorney Moin Choudhury with a proclamation as a renowned United States Supreme Court Attorney. Mr. Choudhury earned his Master of Laws degree with distinction from Touro Law School in 2002, New York.
